A serious game on tomorrow’s gas infrastructure

Participants playing Gasboard during a training session

Gasboard is a serious game on tomorrow's gas infrastructure. Players can use it to identify, analyze and validate the behavior and strategies used by stakeholders of the new gas grid.

They can play the roles of producers, consumers, grid operators and the regulator. They have to take into consideration assets such as gas fields, biogas plants, pipelines and conversion stations. A dynamic model calculates the resulting energy flows and gas quality.

Other possible uses of the game are knowledge transfer, knowledge extraction, marketing and communication.
