The research program has carried out the second subsidy round. The International Advisory Committee had recommended eight project proposals. The projects shared an amount of €8 million. The budgets range from €0.5 to €2 million.

The projects are mostly about the transition from monogas to multigas in the Dutch gas infrastructure. The other projects are addressing the future of energy systems and the forthcoming changes in the European gas market.

In the first subsidy round, the research program has awarded twelve research proposals. The second round brings the total to twenty active research projects. All these projects are preparing the Netherlands to the transition towards the use of sustainable energy.
