Catalin Bucura has obtained a master degree with a research on emerging zoonoses, a category of disease transmitted from animals to man, in the Netherlands. The National Institute for Public Health and Environment financed his project. Bucura has tested a new utility model with probabilistic inversion. Similarly to the MA method, attributes predictive for the problem are chosen. The results of this research have been submitted as an article to the journal of Risk Analysis.
